ABUJA — The Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB) has officially authorized candidates eligible for the 2026 Mop-Up Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME) to begin printing their examination notification slips.

Examination Details

The mop-up examination is scheduled to take place nationwide on Saturday, June 13, 2026. This exercise is intended to serve as the final opportunity for eligible candidates to participate in the 2026 UTME process.

How to Access Your Slip

JAMB spokesperson Fabian Benjamin emphasized the importance of the notification slip, which contains critical data for test-takers:

  • Required Information: Candidates will find their assigned examination center, date, time, and specific instructions for the day.

  • Accessing the Slip: Eligible candidates should visit the official JAMB website and select the "Print 2026 Mop-Up UTME Slip" link.

Eligibility and Advice

The board clarified that this specific exam window is reserved for two categories of candidates:

  1. Those who could not participate in the main UTME due to verified technical challenges.

  2. Those whose biometric verification could not be completed during the primary examination period.

The Board strongly advises all affected candidates to print their slips as early as possible to familiarize themselves with their centers and avoid any last-minute logistical issues. JAMB confirmed that no further examinations will be conducted after the June 13 exercise.
