Voting Opens Ahead of November Ceremony

Voting for the 2026 Streamer Awards is currently open and is scheduled to close on October 31.

According to the organisers, the final winners will be determined through a combination of public voting and panel scores. Public votes will account for 70% of the final result, while the panel will contribute the remaining 30%.

The awards ceremony is scheduled to take place in Los Angeles on November 12, 2026, with the event set to stream live on Twitch and YouTube.

A Milestone for Nigerian Streaming

The nominations underline the growing international reach of Nigerian online creators, particularly as livestreaming continues to become a major part of the country's digital entertainment industry.

For Peller and Carter Efe, the nomination puts their work before an international audience and gives Nigerian streaming another presence on one of the industry's major award platforms.

The winner will be announced at the November ceremony following the completion of the public voting and panel evaluation process.
