IBADAN — The Oyo State Government has responded to recent public remarks made by former Ekiti State Governor, Ayodele Fayose, by calling on Nigerians to pray for him. The response came via a statement released on Tuesday by the Commissioner for Information, Prince Dotun Oyelade.

The tension follows an appearance by Ayodele Fayose on a national television program, where he accused Governor Seyi Makinde of negligence regarding the recent kidnapping of pupils and teachers in Oyo State.
