The 21 year-old’s recognition comes after a stellar campaign in which he established himself as one of the most versatile and impactful talents in English football.

O’Reilly’s recognition is a testament to his adaptability within Pep Guardiola’s tactical setup. Throughout City's intense season, he showcased his quality in multiple positions, operating as a full-back, a holding midfielder, and in his favored central midfield role.
