You may eat a bit more if you have lots of activities but do not pig out. You still need to eat at every meal so do not go overboard.

The best exercise to use when trying to lose weight is the exercise that you will stick to and participate in on a regular basis. All exercise will burn calories. Whether it's cardio or weight training. Just doing something is more effective than doing nothing. So ask yourself what is the exercise that I am willing to commit to. Once you find your answer, you can focus on that exercise and do it regularly and start to see the pounds come off.
